Our Classes & Services
We offer physiotherapist-led pilates matwork classes. You will work on the mat with small equipment such as therabands and chi balls to build strength and balance, improve core stability and posture. A great addition to yoga practice or as a stand-alone fitness class.
Our reformer pilates classes make use of the reformer as a tool for exercising the whole body, using spring resistance to strengthen, lengthen and tone the whole body. A great class for anyone looking to add more resistance and variety to their wellbeing activities.
