COVID Update – the wellbeing studio will be closed for the three weeks whilst Victoria is in lockdown. In the interim we are offering some virtual class options – you can tune into a yoga class via Zoom for only $10. Book in as per usual, and receive a link 10mins prior to class via email. Easy. New location now open and running!
Located a 2min drive around the corner from the old studio, you’ll find a freshly refurbished space ready to welcome you to yoga, pilates, meditation and more.
We now have matwork pilates classes on Friday 9.30am and reformer pilates classes coming from Tues 8th June at 5.30pm.

Our Classes & Services
We offer physiotherapist-led pilates matwork classes. You will work on the mat with small equipment such as therabands and chi balls to build strength and balance, improve core stability and posture. A great addition to yoga practice or as a stand-alone fitness class.
Our reformer pilates classes make use of the reformer as a tool for exercising the whole body, using spring resistance to strengthen, lengthen and tone the whole body. A great class for anyone looking to add more resistance and variety to their wellbeing activities.
