Vinyasa Basic

Vinyasa Basic is suitable for beginners and those who enjoy a gentle pace and slow transitions. This 60-minute class combines breathing exercises (pranayama), postures and poses (asana) and meditation. Poses are instructed at introductory levels, and transitions are simple and clear. Poses are supported with the use of blocks, straps and bolsters.

Vinyasa Intermediate

Vinyasa Intermediate is suitable for those who have practiced some yoga and enjoy a faster pace. This 60-minute class combines breathing exercises (pranayama), postures and poses (asana) and meditation. Poses are instructed at intermediate levels may include optional inversions/complex transitions. Poses are supported with the use of blocks, straps and bolsters.

Hatha Flow Basic + Intermediate

Hatha Flow Basic + Intermediate is suitable for all levels and experience of yoga. This 60-minute class follows the traditional balancing approach of Hatha yoga – moving through breath work, gentle limbering exercises, and poses to restore balance to the body systems. Poses are instructed at introductory levels, with optional progressions offered.

Yin Restorative

Yin Restorative yoga is suitable for all levels and experience of yoga. This slow, gentle 60-minute class uses modern yin poses, which are held for 3-5 minutes to stretch connective tissue, restore and refresh the nervous system, and rebalance energy (chi) flow through the body. Poses are supported with generous use of blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps. A fabulous counterbalance to modern stressful life.
